Can I bring dog (small one 8 kg) in cabin to India or only as checked baggage? If so, which airline you can recomend to travel as checked baggage save.

hi there, you cannot bring your dog as cabin baggage in india no matter how small or even if a guide dog. ONly check in. Jet Airways and Air India take dogs as checked in. I have never taken my dog by flight. But i hear good things about Jet Airways. But they will not take pugs or similar snubbed snout dogs like mastiff.
Can I please ask 1 question….? I have the most adorable Maltese x Shitsu who has terrible separation anxiety…but he’s all cool when am in his sight… all that aside.. my girlfriend of 20+ years hates him with a passion… 😥 so the bottom line I have to move from the house we have shared on & off for 14yrs…she tells me she loves me (not as lesbian I must say) but we are like family… she just HATES the dog… I don’t understand…she admits she used to bring every lost/stray when she was growing up…but now she’s 69yrs not out…& she will not be in the same space as my gorgous little dog……. any advice will be gratefully appreciate… & FYI love your work amigo………. ❤

Absolutely still going, still very popular with everybody’s weekly shop and the variety and abundance of veges/fruits is still great.

I think they just call it “sailing” – it’s exciting but it’s also a lot of hard work and very stressful for the families. The things these men have to do to protect our nation in the event of something disastrous, is truly remarrkable and something we civilians don’t hear about. Whatever your politics,anti-war/anti-military, when your spouse is in the defence, you see a different side to things.

I found your blog when googling the restaurant at the Novotel in Vizag. As an American living here with my Indian husband, I also have had a hard time finding restaurants that I feel are worth going to in the city.

An American living in Vizag – i never would have thought it! It’s culture shock for me, and I’m Indian, so I sympathise. I try to post vizag related stuff now and again (markets, seafood, gardening) so do keep reading.
