For the chilli garlic prawns: heat oil till very hot, chuck in dried red chilli flakes, finely chopped garlic, salt and a bit of ketchup till you get a thick sauce consistency. Fry onions in this sauce and then toss about the prawns. While making the sauce, prevent burning the chillies and garlic by stirring frantically and removing from the heat now and again. It will sizzle like crazy so make sure you don’t inhale.
